Universal Orlando's Mardi Gras event is back, promising a vibrant celebration that tantalizes the senses with a rich mix of global flavors and entertainment. Guests can indulge in a variety of sweet, savory, and spicy dishes from around the world, far beyond traditional Cajun fare.
The event features an exuberant parade with spectacular floats, including new additions inspired by classic New Orleans Mardi Gras traditions such as masks, beads, and music. Visitors can catch beads in abundance and enjoy live concerts on select nights, showcasing a diverse lineup of superstar performers spanning pop, rock, country, R&B, and more.
Culinary highlights include international specialties like Vienna Style Pork Schnitzel from Austria, Verlasso Salmon from Chile, Brazilian Picanha, and an array of beignets to satisfy any sweet tooth. This festive atmosphere captures the spirit of Carnaval celebrations worldwide.
For a unique experience, guests can opt for the Mardi Gras Float Ride and Dine Experience. Participants get to reserve a spot on one of the dazzling Mardi Gras parade floats and enjoy a three-course meal from select Universal Orlando restaurants. This immersive package offers an unforgettable night filled with great food and the thrill of bead tossing. Separate theme park admission is required for the same day, with limited availability and certain restrictions.
