Soarin' Across America: Disney's Spectacular Tribute to the United States' 250th Anniversary

Disney is set to elevate the guest experience at Walt Disney World and Disneyland with an extraordinary new attraction, "Soarin' Across America," launching in summer 2026 to commemorate America's 250th anniversary. 

Starting May 26, 2026, at Walt Disney World Resort and July 2, 2026, at Disneyland Resort, guests will embark on an immersive aerial tour showcasing the stunning diversity of the United States. The reimagined Soarin' experience promises to transport visitors from coast to coast, capturing the nation's most iconic landscapes and urban marvels.

The new attraction will feature an expansive journey including: 

 Rugged New England coastlines 

 Iconic New York Harbor 

 Grand Canyon West's dramatic vistas 

 Heartland's autumn colors 

 Picturesque bayou landscapes 

 Vast western plains 

 Northern wilderness 

 Sunlit island shores 

Renowned composer Bruce Broughton has created a fresh musical arrangement based on Jerry Goldsmith's original Soarin' themes, promising an auditory experience as captivating as the visual journey. 

 National Geographic Collaboration 

At Walt Disney World's EPCOT, an exciting new queue experience awaits. The "Soarin' Challenge Across America" developed with National Geographic invites guests to explore fascinating state trivia, including playful categories like "Most Likely to Reach for the Stars" and "Most Likely to Strike Gold."

Disney Expands Airport Luggage Service at Orlando Resorts

Starting May 19th, Walt Disney World Resort will enhance its airport baggage program by adding American Airlines and United Airlines to its existing transfer service at select Disney Resort hotels. 

Guests on domestic flights through Orlando International Airport can now enjoy seamless luggage transportation between their flights and Disney accommodations, simplifying travel logistics. 

This strategic expansion aims to improve guest experiences and potentially develop more comprehensive transfer services in the future.
