Walt Disney World 

PARKS 

Magic Kingdom 

• Big Thunder Mountain: Closed until early May 2026 

• Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin: Reopening April 8, 2026 

• Walt Disney World Railroad-Frontierland station: Closed until early May 2026 

EPCOT 

• Soarin’ Across America: Opens May 26th 

• Impressions de France & Beauty and the Beast Sing-Along: Closed 2/22/26-Opening not announced.  

Hollywood Studios 

• Disney Jr. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Live!: Opening May 26th 

• Millenium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run: Opening May 22, 2026 with the Mandalorian and Grogu 

• Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster starring Aerosmith: Closed permanently on March 2, 2026 

• The Magic of Disney Animation: Opens Summer 2026 

• Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster starring the Muppets: Opens Summer 2026 

Animal Kingdom 

• Bluey & Bingo at Conservation Station: Opening May 26, 2026 

• DINOSAUR: Closed permanently  

• Dinoland USA: CLOSED PERMANENTLY 

WATER PARKS 

• Typhoon Lagoon: Closing February 15, 2026 until May 12, 2026 

RESORTS 

• All Star Sports: From January-April 2026 Surfboard Bay Pool and kiddie pool will be closed for refurbishment 

• Animal Kingdom Lodge Kidani & Jambo House: From October 2025 through May 2026, guest rooms at Kidani Village will undergo refurbishment, followed by refurbishment work at Jambo House from May 2026 through January 2027 

• Beach Club: exterior maintenance between June 2025-2027 

• Boardwalk Inn & Villas: Luna Park Pool, Luna Park Crazy Play area, and Leaping Horse Libations will be closed between January 11, 2027-April 2027 

• Contemporary Resort: From now through late 2027, refurbishments happening in various areas of hotel including Bay Lake Tower.  

• Grand Floridian Resort: Hotel refurbishments between April 2025-2026 

• Pop Century Resort: Late March 2025-February 2026 guest rooms will be under refurbishment 

• Port Orleans Riverside: Guest Room refurbishments beginning early April 2025 through February 2026. Lobby refresh until early November 2025 

• Riviera Resort: Topolino’s Terrace closed between January 12-25, 2026 for refurbishment 

Universal Orlando

Universal Studios  

• Hogwart’s Express: closing February 9-24, 2026 

Islands of Adventure 

• Hogwart’s Express: Closing February 9-February 24, 2026 

• Jurassic Park River Adventure: Closed January -November 20, 2026 

Volcano Bay 

• Closing between October 26-March 24, 2027 

Disneyland

• Pirate’s Lair on Tom Sawyer Island: Closed between March 2 through March 7, 2026 

• Bluey’s Best Day Ever!: Opening March 22, 2026

• Grizzly River Run: Closed for refurbishment starting January 5, 2026, no reopening date listed yet 

• Golden Zephyr: Closed from March 9 through March 18, 2026 

• Jumpin’ Jellyfish: Closing February 23 through March 6, 2026
