New Dining Pop-Up Coming to Magic Kingdom

A new limited-time dining experience is riding into The Diamond Horseshoe in Liberty Square at Magic Kingdom Park beginning October 4. Reservations for the pop-up open September 29.

The new menu puts a fun spin on frontier-inspired fare with shareable small plates including Sweet Golden Corn Fritters, Queso Fundido with Barbecue Burnt Ends, Glazed Sticky Ribs, Charcuterie, and Chipotle Chicken Tostadas.

Guests can also choose from new specialty drinks, including the non-alcoholic Caramel Root Beer with Sweet Cream and Orange Cream Soda. For adults, the cocktail lineup features options such as the High Plains Huckleberry, Cactus Rose Margarita, and bourbon-and-coffee Coal’d Fashioned, along with wine and draft beer selections.

The limited-time pop-up opens October 4 at The Diamond Horseshoe, giving Magic Kingdom guests a new spot to enjoy small bites and specialty drinks during their park day.
